The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has partnered with AON Minet to provide comprehensive medical services to tutors across Kenya. The partnership offers teachers a good variety of health services from group insurance, in and outpatient treatment, dental and eye services.

This guide shows you how to register for AON Minet services, add dependants, view your registration details, and add your NHIF number via your phone.

How to Register for AON Minet using USSD Code *865#

Before you start the registration process, make sure you have:

• A valid phone number
• An ID number
• Your Teachers Service Commission (TSC) number

Follow these steps to register:

1. Dial the USSD Code: Key in *865# on your phone, then click send.
2. Select Self Registration: A message will appear on your screen saying “WELCOME TO TSC MEDICAL SCHEME”. Select “Self Registration” and press send.
3. Enter TSC Number: You will be asked to enter your TSC number. Enter the number and tap send.
4. Select Your Role: Choose your role from Principal, Deputy Principal, or Teacher then click send.
5. Select Gender: Select your gender and verify that all the details you have entered are correct.
6. Complete the Registration: Select “Yes” after you have checked all the details.

How to Add Dependents to TSC AON Minet Through USSD Code *865#

To add your dependents, follow these simple steps:

1. Dial the USSD Code: Key in *865# and press send from your mobile phone.
2. Choose to Register Dependents: The screen will appear with options such as Register dependents, My dependents, Check Registration details, Add NHIF number. Select “Register dependents” and press send.
3. Select Dependent to Register: A message will appear asking you to select the type of dependent (Spouse, Son, Daughter, etc.).
4. Complete Registration: Answer the questions for each dependent until they are all registered.

How to Check AON Minet Dependents

To check your beneficiaries in the system, you will be required to:

1. Dial the USSD Code: *865# (your USSD code may vary).
2. Select My Dependents: Select option 2 and press send.
3. View Dependents: A message will be displayed showing all your registered dependents.
