Reigning National Soccer Champions St Anthony’s Boys Kitale Advance to Semis in Trans Nzoia

The reigning national soccer champions, St Anthony’s Boys Kitale, stretched their fine run in the ongoing Trans Nzoia secondary school competitions. Solidarity Boys who represented Kenya in the East and Central Africa competitions held in Kigali, Rwanda, last year, booked a place in the semi-finals following a 2-1 win over Goseta Boys.

In the girls’ football category, defending champions at the Rift Valley regional level, Wiyeta Girls easily tore apart Korongo 8-0, but in the subsequent match they could only manage a goalless draw with St Joseph’s Girls.
