How to Download and Use the WalimuCare Mobile App
Follow the following steps to download and use the WalimuCare App:
- Download the App: Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for “WalimuCare” to download.
- Install the App: Download and install the application. Allow the permissions requested.
- Signup: Click on “SignUp” and fill in your TSC number in the “Member Number” box, and your phone number in the next box.
- Verify Your Account: The application will send an SMS containing a One-Time Password OTP code to you. Fill in this code in the box provided.
- Set Up Your Password: Create a 4-digit password and confirm it.
- Access Your Account: Set your password. After setting your password, your account will be created. You can now view your policy limits, track utilization, access telemedicine, order chronic drugs, and more.
- Manage Dependents: You can also see and manage all your nominated dependents through the app.
